We all have a story to share. I use my personal stories to encourage others that no matter the cards life gave you are already an overcomer. Like me, you may just need some tools in how to do it. Relationships are apart of life and parenting is a difficult job but can be the most rewarding thing we could ever do. Now, add to it carrying the negative baggage we have carried with us can pass on things we don't want to those we love. Let me help. Below is just a glimpse into my story.

The sole purpose of what I do is to keep others from having to spend as many years as I did to get healed from their past. I would like the opportunity to pour into you some of what I learned first hand that assisted me in changing my life. Some life coaches may not understand the types of things that were a normal part of your daily but have the training, I bring both. When you have the right tools to deal with your life’s problems it becomes easier to get through the tough times and right now globally we are adding to every else going on, living through this pandemic. I could write a bunch of psychological terms I've heard and learned to try and be impressive, but that's just not me. I had the opportunity just this past June to sit and watch the One Woman Show Straight Outta Darkness written by Pastor Patricia. She had visual props, and painting she created as she told her life story. How she overcame a lot of childhood trauma. She shared with us those strategies she used on how she went from broken to being whole.
